Order Processing and Shipping

General Shipping Information

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about order processing or shipping, so please feel free to contact us.

  • RUSH AND ECONOMY PROCESSING

    For some of our products, we provide two options for order processing: Rush and Economy.

    Rush processing uses inventory that has been specially prepared for speedy processing and packing. If your order contains only items specified as Rush processing, it will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

    Economy processing provides a reduced price and pulls from our bulk inventory. Orders containing Economy processing items are typically shipped within 2 to 4 business days, but longer processing times may occasionally occur due to high order volumes or other circumstances.

    When placing an item in your shopping cart, you are welcome to select either Rush or Economy processing. Each type may display varying quantities available for purchase.

    If your order contains items from both Economy and Rush processing, all items will be shipped together as Economy and there will be no additional shipping charge. Please see the Order Fulfillment Options page for more information.

    Please note: Items without a Priority or Standard Fulfillment option are considered Standard Fulfillment items.

  • VOLUME DISCOUNTS
    We provide volume discounts on many of our dice. If you are wishing to order large quantities of dice (100 or more of a single type), we recommend contacting us via email prior to placing an order to confirm availability. Please see our Volume Pricing Policy for more information.

  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DEADLINES
    Please note that we do not provide expedited shipping at this time. Orders containing only Rush processing items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days but will ship via our standard shipping options (usually either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).

    However, if you have a delivery deadline that you would like us to try and meet, or if you have any shipping requests, let us know in the order comments or use our Contact Us form on our website. Due to inventory discrepancies, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee your order will ship or be delivered within a specific timeframe, but we will do our best to meet delivery deadlines or other shipping requests.

  • LOST AND STOLEN SHIPMENTS
    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages, or packages for which delivery is delayed due to mishandling by a shipping provider, but refunds and reshipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    If a package is lost in transit and does not arrive at its destination, we will provide a refund or replacement. We will not provide a refund or replacement if the tracking information provided by the carrier shows that a package was delivered successfully.

  • OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
    Shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page before you are asked for your payment information. Shipping charges are based on order weight and volume.

    Some orders may be separated into two or more shipments. This will be at our discretion and will not require any additional shipping charges.

    Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the date your order was shipped and further details.

    Orders of $100 or more may require a signature on delivery.

    We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

Flat-Rate Shipping

Flate rate shipping only applies to US ground shipments to the lower 48 states. Items shipped using flat rate shipping will be sent via a shipping method chosen by Dice Game Depot, although we use USPS in most cases. If you'd like to request a particular shipping provider, or if you have any processing or shipping requests, please contact us.

For flat rate shipping, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 3 to 5 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. This is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered on or by a particular date.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on orders of $65 or more. Free shipping only applies to standard US ground shipments to the lower 48 states.

International Shipping

We are based in the United States, but we offer shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand via USPS First Class International Mail and GlobalPost. Processing and shipping times of approximately 5-20 days can be expected depending on delivery location.

Due to tax and tariff requirements, we currently do not ship to any other countries. This includes the UK and countries in the EU such as France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, etc.

Orders that include quantities of more than 100 dice may require additional processing or shipping time.

Detailed tracking information may not be available for all classes of shipping or for all delivery locations.

Before completing your order, verify that the shipping address you provide to us is correct. If a package is returned to us due to "Insufficient address," you will have the option of either cancelling the order and receiving a refund for the items your ordered but not for the shipping cost, or you can request that we reship the order but you will be responsible for the extra shipping costs incurred.

Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, duty, or VAT. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

There are limitations on the quantity of dice that we can ship internationally. Please contact us to verify shipping availability.
