Order Processing and Shipping
General Shipping Information
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are currently experiencing processing delays for orders that include dice manufactured by Chessex. We appreciate your patience as we work to get these orders shipped as soon as possible.
We are always happy to answer any questions you may have about order processing or shipping, so please feel free to contact us.
STANDARD AND SPEEDY STOCK
For some of our products, we provide an option to order from two types of stock: Standard and Speedy. Please note that order processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.
Standard Stock pulls from our normal and extended inventory, and orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders containing only Standard Stock items are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days, but please allow for processing times of up to 10 business days. Longer processing times may occasionally occur due to stock variability, high order volumes or other circumstances, particularly for bulk dice orders. Please see our Volume Pricing Policy for more information. You will be notified of any such delays.
Speedy Stock pulls from our inventory that has been specially prepared for fast fulfillment. Orders containing only Speedy Stock items will ship in 1 to 2 business days.
The purchasable quantities that are available for each type of stock may differ, with Standard Stock typically providing higher available quantities.
If your order contains both Standard and Speedy items, all items will be shipped together as Standard Stock.
Note: Items without any fulfillment option are considered Standard Stock items.
BULK DICE ORDERS AND VOLUME DISCOUNTS
We provide volume discounts on many of our dice. If you are wishing to order large quantities of dice, please contact us via email prior to placing an order to confirm pricing, lead times, and availability. Please see our Volume Pricing Policy for more information.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DEADLINES
Please note that we do not provide expedited shipping. We ship by either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
However, if you have a delivery deadline that you would like us to try and meet, or if you have any shipping requests, let us know in the order comments or use our Contact Us form on our website. Due to inventory discrepancies, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee your order will ship or be delivered within a specific timeframe, but we will do our best to meet delivery deadlines or other shipping requests.
Please note that Bulk Dice orders may require additional processing times. Please see our Volume Pricing and Bulk Dice policy for more information.
LOST AND STOLEN SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages, or packages for which delivery is delayed due to mishandling by a shipping provider, but refunds and reshipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If a package is lost in transit and does not arrive at its destination, we will provide a refund or replacement. We will not provide a refund or replacement if the tracking information provided by the carrier shows that a package was delivered successfully.
OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page before you are asked for your payment information. Shipping charges are based on order weight and volume.
Some orders may be separated into two or more shipments. This will be at our discretion and will not require any additional shipping charges.
Orders of $100 or more may require a signature on delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
Normal U.S. Shipping
Items shipped using our normal shipping will be sent via a shipping method chosen by Dice Game Depot, although we use USPS in most cases. If you'd like to request a particular shipping provider, or if you have any processing or shipping requests, please contact us.
For normal U.S. shipping, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 3 to 5 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. This is an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered on or by a particular date.
Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more. Free shipping only applies to standard US ground shipments to the lower 48 states.
International Shipping
- We are based in the United States, but we offer shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand via USPS First Class International Mail and GlobalPost. Processing and shipping times of approximately 5-20 days can be expected depending on delivery location.
Due to tax and tariff requirements, we currently do not ship to any other countries. This includes the UK and countries in the EU such as France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, etc. - Orders that include quantities of more than 100 dice may require additional processing or shipping time.
- Detailed tracking information may not be available for all classes of shipping or for all delivery locations.
- Before completing your order, verify that the shipping address you provide to us is correct. If a package is returned to us due to "Insufficient address," you will have the option of either cancelling the order and receiving a refund for the items your ordered but not for the shipping cost, or you can request that we reship the order but you will be responsible for the extra shipping costs incurred.
- Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, duty, or VAT. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
- There are limitations on the quantity of dice that we can ship internationally. Please contact us to verify shipping availability.
