Shipping Policies

General Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received and are typically filled within 72 weekday hours. However, some products on our web site may be on backorder or may require additional time for processing and this will be shown on the product's page. (For example, "Backorder - Usually ships within 10 business days".)

We are closed and do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

If you have a delivery deadline that you would like us to try and meet, or any shipping requests, let us know in the order comments, or use our Contact Us form on our website. Due to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we can't guarantee your order will ship or be delivered within a specific timeframe but we will do our best to meet delivery deadlines or other shipping requests. For U.S. domestic shipments, we recommend that you allow at least 4 or 5 business days for the processing and shipping of any order. (See below for information on international shipping.)

Shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page before you are asked for your payment information.

Some orders may be separated into two or more shipments. This will be at our discretion and will not require any additional shipping charges.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the date your order was shipped and further details.

Orders of $50 or more may require a signature on delivery.

Standard Shipping

  • Items shipped using standard shipping will be sent via a shipping method chosen by Dice Game Depot, although we use USPS in most cases. If you'd like to request a particular shipping provider, or if you have any processing or shipping requests, please contact us.
  • For standard shipping, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 3 to 4 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. This is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered on or by a particular date.

Priority Shipping

  • Depending on the total cost and weight of an order, priority shipping may be available.
  • Orders with priority shipping will be given expedited processing and will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Heavy items or bulk dice orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
  • Priority shipping is available only to orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States.
  • For priority shipping, you can expect to receive your order in 2 to 3 days from the time your order leaves our warehouse. This is only an estimate and is not a guarantee that your order will be delivered on or by a particular date. Please note that this delivery timeframe does not include Sundays.

Delivery to military addresses may take longer than the times stated above.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages, or packages for which delivery is delayed due to mishandling by a shipping provider, but refunds and reshipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a package is lost in transit and does not arrive at its destination, we will provide a refund or replacement. We will not provide a refund or replacement if the tracking information provided by the carrier shows that a package was delivered.

Dice Game Depot reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.

International Shipping

We are based in the United States, but we offer shipping to many countries via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class International Mail. Processing and shipping times of approximately 7-20 days can be expected, depending on delivery location.

We do not offer expedited shipping or handling on any international orders.

Orders that include quantities of more than 100 dice may require additional processing or shipping time.

Detailed tracking information may not be available for all classes of shipping or for all delivery locations.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide us is correct. If a package is returned to us due to "Insufficient address," you will have the option of either cancelling the order and receiving a refund for the items your ordered but not for the shipping cost, or you can request that we reship the order but you will be responsible for the extra shipping costs incurred.

Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, duty, or VAT. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

There are limitations on the quantity of dice that we can ship internationally. Please contact us to verify shipping availability.

Our web site does not provide ordering capabilities for all countries. Please contact us if you have any questions about international ordering or shipping.
