We currently accept purchase orders from schools and district offices, and these may be submitted via email to customerservice@dicegamedepot.com. We even still accept purchase orders via fax! Our fax number is 413-487-8880.
When submitting a purchase order, please provide the following information:
- An official purchase order form from your school or district
- The name of the individual responsible for the order
- The school's billing and shipping information
- The correct shipping fee (please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping costs)
- Valid authorized signature(s)
