Solid Wood Dice Set - Sungrain

Balau is a dense, warm-toned hardwood with a natural yellow color that deepens as the wood ages. The Sungrain dice set is made from Yellow Balau, and the color you get is not painted or stained. What you see is the wood itself, finished to bring out the natural grain and tone of the material.

Each die carries the warm yellow color throughout, with the grain lines running across each face. The exact pattern shifts from die to die depending on how the wood was cut. Your set will have the same warm yellow tone across all seven shapes, but the grain will look slightly different on each one. No two Sungrain sets are identical, and no two dice within a set are either.

Yellow Balau is a durable hardwood, which makes it well-suited for dice. The material holds its shape, takes a clean finish, and holds up to regular table use without showing wear the way softer materials do. These are dice you buy once and keep for a long time.

The Sungrain works with any tabletop game that uses a standard 7-piece polyhedral set. The full set covers the D4, D6, D8, D10, percentile D10, D12, and D20. Numbers are engraved and finished for readability against the warm grain, giving you clean rolls and easy reading from across the table.

Wood dice appeal to players who want something with a connection to natural materials. The Sungrain keeps the focus on the wood itself. There is no coating that hides the grain, no color treatment layered over the surface. You get the Yellow Balau exactly as it comes, shaped and finished into seven dice.

If you want a clean, warm-toned wood set with no gimmicks and a material that improves with age and use, the Sungrain is the right choice.
