- How are dice measured?
Dice are typically measured in millimeters (abbreviated as mm). There are 25.4 millimeters in an inch, so a 25mm dice is about one inch in size.

- Are your dice priced individually or in sets?
All our dice are priced and sold individually (as a single die) unless a specific number is specified in the product title or description. (For example, a 7-piece dice set, or a block of 200 dice.)
- How do I know if something is in stock?
Unlike many other online stores, who only show you an approximate quantity for in-stock items (such as "25+ in stock"), we try and always show an exact stock level for all our products. This means that if it shows we have 150 in stock, that's exactly how many we have. (Well, when it comes to dice, sometimes we're off by a dice or two. We do our best to keep accurate count, but we do have thousands and thousands of dice to keep track of.)
If you'd like to order more than we have in stock, most of our dice can be backordered.
When it comes to bulk or large quantities of dice, we recommend contacting us to verify availability.
- Do you accept money orders?
We do, but not through our web site. If you want to pay for an order using a money order or cashier's check, send us an email using our contact form and let us know the types and quantities of items you'd like to order and we'll get back to you with further information.
- Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes we do! Although in most cases, we do require payment prior to shipment. Purchase orders can be submitted via email or fax. See our Contact Us page for more details.
- Why are some dice out of stock?
We try very hard to always maintain stock levels to meet the demand of all our customers, but often times we'll have a customer come along and buy out our entire inventory of a particular color or style of dice. We try and get everything restocked as quickly as we can, but sometimes it can take a few days, weeks, or even months depending on manufacturing schedules.
- Do you have a printed catalog?
No, we do not provide a printed catalog at this time. All our products can be viewed and ordered through our web site.
- Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We are not a wholesaler or distributor, but we do offer discount pricing for dice that are purchased in bulk. Dice that have bulk discounts will display that information on the product page. Also, all our dice in our Bulk Dice category are priced to reflect a bulk quantity discount. The availability of dice in large quantities varies and may not be reflected on our web site. Please contact us if you have any questions about pricing, availability, or purchasing dice in large quantities.
- Can you make me some custom dice?
Sorry but no. We don't currently manufacture custom dice of any kind.
- Where are you located? Do you have a brick-and-mortar retail store?
Our primary base of operations is in Lincoln, Nebraska. And no, we don't currently have a physical retail store location.
- What is the status of my order?
If you have created an account on our web site, your order status can be found by logging in to your account, selecting "My Account" from the menu at the top of the page, then selecting "Order Status" from the My Account page.
We will notify you via email as soon as your order ships.
If you placed your order as a Guest and don't have an account on our web site, use our contact form to request your order status.
- My order says it's "Awaiting Fulfillment." What does that mean?
It means that your order is being processed but it has not yet been handed over to the packaging and shipping department.
- My order says it's "Awaiting Shipment." What does that mean?
It means that your order is either awaiting packaging, currently being packaged, or has been packaged but has not yet gone out the door.
- What is a backorder?
If a product is out of stock, or if you'd like to order more than we currently have in stock, you may order from "Backorder" on the product web page. This means we will order more of that product from the manufacturer and ship it to you as soon as possible.
(Alternatively, if you order from "In Stock," or if an item does not provide a backorder option, the item(s) are in stock at our warehouse and will ship right away.)
- How long will it take to get a backordered item?
Backorders are typically filled within 30 days or less, although because of possible manufacturing or shipping delays we cannot guarantee a specific shipping or delivery date. We will notify you of any extended delays that might occur. Please see our Backorders page for more information.
- If I include both backordered and in-stock items in my order, can you ship the in-stock items now and the backordered items later?
Yes we can, but breaking your order into two shipments may require an additional shipping charge. If you'd like to split your order in this way, please contact us.
- Will my credit card be charged right away for a backorder?
Yes. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place the order whether or not your order contains backordered items. If you would like to request a backorder without your credit card being charged until the items are shipped, please contact us.
- Do you offer overnight shipping?
We do not offer overnight shipping at this time, but please contact us to inquire about estimated delivery dates or if you have any order deadline requests.
- Can I track my order?
Yes. To track your order, log in to your account and select "Order Status" from the menu at the top of the page. Then click the "View Order Details" button. The tracking number for your shipment should be shown at the bottom of the page.
If you checked out as a Guest and do not have an account with us, you will receive an email with your order's tracking information when your order ships. If you do not receive this email for some reason, please contact us and we will be happy to provide the tracking information for you.
- What is your free shipping offer all about?
We offer free shipping to the continental United States if your shopping cart contains at least $125 of any number or combination of items. No coupon code necessary! Any amount over $125 in your shopping cart will provide you with the free shipping option automatically.
- Do you ship internationally?
We are based in Nebraska in the United States and we offer shipping to many countries via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class International Mail. However, our web site does not provide ordering capabilities for all countries, so please contact us if you have any questions about international ordering or shipping.
Also please note that there are limitations on the quantity of dice that we will ship internationally. If you are placing a bulk dice order of any quantity of over 1,000 dice, please contact us to verify shipping availability.
