All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received and are typically filled within 24 to 48 weekday hours. Some delay in processing may occur if an order contains a large quantity of dice (1000 or more pieces). Shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page before you are asked for your payment information.
If you have a delivery deadline that you would like us to meet, or any shipping requests, let us know in the order comments, or use our Contact Us form on our website. We will do our best to meet delivery deadlines or other shipping requests, but we recommend that you allow at least 4 to 5 business days for the processing and shipping of any order. Please be aware that we do not offer overnight shipping, and delivery delays can occur that are outside of our control.
We are closed and do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with the date your order was shipped and further details.

We can deliver to military addresses, but please keep in mind that delivery may take longer than the times stated above.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages, or packages for which delivery is delayed due to mishandling by a shipping provider.
Dice Game Depot reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
All product purchased from Dice Game Depot is made based on our contracts with our shippers, and the risk of loss and title pass to you when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier.
We are based in Nebraska in the United States, but we offer shipping to many countries via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class International Mail.
Currently, our web site is able to process orders for customers in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. For all other countries, please contact us via email for further information on placing an order.
Note that the US Postal Service does not provide detailed tracking information for First Class International shipping. Also, shipping delivery times of approximately 7-20 days can be expected.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide us is correct. If a package is returned to us due to "Insufficient address," you will have the option of either cancelling the order and receiving a refund for the items your ordered but not for the shipping cost, or you can request that we reship the order but you will be responsible for the extra shipping costs incurred.
